New Materials

We investigate new materials and new biological systems to achieve better coupling of biological function with electronic transducers. For example, we have investigated silicon, indium-tin oxide (ITO), gallium arsenide (GaAs) and gallium nitride (GaN) substrates for use in membrane-based biosensors.
